우리의 모든 역사와 경험, 삶의 기저에는 어떠한 원시적이고 영원한 흐름이 있다. 그 흐름은 모든 존재와 역사를 연결한다.
언어와 생각으로는 그 세계로 들어갈 수가 없다.
우리가 미세한 몸의 세계, 감각의 세계로의 문을 열어놓는 순간 그 흐름과 우리는 하나가 된다.
신화와 시와 음악 그리고 색과 형태는 우리의 마음을 부드럽고 유연하게 만들어 더 깊은 세계를 볼 수 있게 한다.
우리는 끊임없이 변화하는 파도의 세계를 살아내고 있지만,
그 세계를 관통하는 깊은 근원적 힘은 우리가 의식하든 의식하지 않든간에 언제나 그곳에 있다.
모든 경험은 꿈속의 섬광처럼 매우 빠르게 나타났다 사라지며 다양한 색과 형태로 그들의 흔적을 남긴다.
모든 것은 지금 이 순간 바로 여기에 존재한다.
There's a primordial and eternal flow of life underneath every human experience and the whole history on earth. This flow connects all beings and their histories, evoking the feeling of togetherness. We cannot enter this realm with the language of logics and thoughts. When we return to our bodies and sensations, we can then get reconnected with the flow. Myths; poetry and music; colors and shapes soften our heart, letting us see the deeper realm of the world. Even though on the surface level, we only seem to reside in a world of waves where everything changes every fraction of a second, this primordial force is always here and now with or without us realizing it.
Every experience arises and passes away like a flash of light leaving traces in various colors and shapes.
Everything is HERE and NOW.
